Iran-linked Hacker Group Handala’s Threats
Handala, an Iran-linked hacker group, claimed to have identified a Mossad agent in Iran and threatened to release sensitive information. They published videos allegedly showing the agent’s home and accused him of coordinating anti-Iran protests and providing financial support for unrest. Following previous hacks of Israeli officials’ phones, Handala announced a campaign against Israeli figures, including former interior minister Ayelet Shaked, asserting they have extensive private data on her. The group aims to expose perceived oppression by Israeli leaders while promising ongoing leaks.
