Hamas seeks removal from UK terror list via British legal team

A team of British lawyers has filed an application to remove Hamas from the UK’s list of proscribed terrorist organizations, arguing that its actions against Israel are legitimate and pose no threat to Britain. Representing Hamas, the lawyers claim that armed violence is a moral response to colonization and that the continued proscription supports crimes against humanity in Palestine.
