Arrest Made in New Delhi Car Explosion That Killed Eight

A Kashmir resident, Amir Rashid Ali, has been arrested in connection with a car blast in New Delhi that killed eight and injured at least 20 on November 10. The National Investigation Agency claims Ali conspired with the alleged suicide bomber, Umar Un Nabi, and the car used in the attack was registered in his name. The explosion occurred near the Red Fort, damaging multiple vehicles and marking the city’s first blast since 2011.
