An open letter to President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, on the EU’s longest-running discrimination case 

In an open letter to Ursula von der Leyen, Henry Rodgers highlights the ongoing discrimination against foreign-language lecturers in Italian universities, despite clear rulings from the CJEU dating back to 1989. Rodgers, an English language teacher, has been actively involved in lobbying efforts to address this issue, including testifying before the Irish parliament’s Committee on European Affairs.
