Amid Waqf Row In Karnataka, 3 Senior Congress Ministers To Address Media And Defend The Government

Karnataka Law Minister H K Patil announced that notices issued to farmers in Vijayapura district regarding their lands being marked as Waqf properties will be withdrawn. The Deputy Commissioner is investigating the error, and the government has no intention of converting farmers’ land into Waqf property. Patil stated that any mistakes will be rectified, and action will be taken against those responsible.
