Seven tourists, including one American and four Australians, were hospitalized in Fiji after drinking pina coladas that may have been spiked at a hotel bar. The victims experienced symptoms including nausea, vomiting, and urological issues. Two patients have been discharged, while two remain in the ICU in stable condition.
