Australian tennis star Alex de Minaur continues his impressive form, securing a spot in the round of 32 at the Indian Wells Open after his recent victory in Acapulco.
De Minaur dominated his match against Taro Daniel, winning 6-1, 6-2 in under an hour.
He capitalized on key moments in the match, converting five out of six break-point opportunities.
De Minaur’s next challenge will be against either Alexander Bublik or Juncheng Shang for a chance to advance to the round of 16.
Joining De Minaur in the next round is Jannik Sinner, the Australian Open champion, who secured a dominant victory over Thanasi Kokkinakis.
Sinner has been on a winning streak, including his success in the Davis Cup last year, and expressed his desire to continue improving.
Alexander Zverev defeated Chris O\’Connell in a close match, winning 6-4, 6-4.
