International aid organizations have reported that Israel has not met U.S. demands to increase humanitarian access to Gaza, despite warnings of potential consequences if they fail to comply. The U.S. had set a 30-day deadline for Israel to improve conditions, but Israel has only partially met four out of 19 measures outlined by the U.S. The situation in Gaza remains dire, with limited aid reaching the area, ongoing fighting, and issues with aid distribution contributing to the worsening crisis.
