The report focuses on Trump’s efforts to overturn the 2020 election and will be shared with Congress, while volume two will only be available for review by select congressional leaders. The Justice Department is seeking to overturn the injunction to allow for the release of the report and potentially give Trump the opportunity to seek Supreme Court intervention.
