A New Mexico grand jury has indicted actor Timothy Busfield on four counts of criminal sexual contact with a child, following allegations involving two boys on the set of “The Cleaning Lady.” Busfield, who denies the charges and claims they stem from a revenge plot, is presumed innocent until proven guilty. The case will be prosecuted by the special victims unit, and a trial is anticipated. Despite past allegations against him, the judge deemed Busfield does not pose a danger to the community and released him on his own recognizance.
