Extinction Rebellion Under FBI Investigation for Activism

Environmental group Extinction Rebellion has reported that FBI agents have been visiting climate activists’ homes, with at least seven activists questioned since the start of Trump’s second term. The Trump administration is also rolling back pollution protections, including revoking the 2009 government declaration known as the “endangerment finding”. This move has sparked alarm from environmental and health groups, leading to a lawsuit over the Environmental Protection Agency’s decision.
