Accused Illegal Alien Killers May Be Venezuelan Gang Members

Two illegal aliens, Johan Jose Martinez-Rangel and Franklin Pena, are accused of murdering 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray in Houston, Texas. It is suspected that they have ties to Venezuela’s violent Tren de Aragua gang, which has expanded into the United States due to relaxed immigration enforcement under President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris. Both suspects were released into the U.S. interior from the southern border.
