Naveed Akram, 24, is set to be transferred to prison following a terror attack in Bondi that left 15 dead and 40 injured during a Chanukah event. Akram and his father, Sajid, allegedly opened fire, resulting in Sajid’s death during a police shootout. Naveed, who awakened from a coma and faces 59 charges, including multiple counts of murder, will appear in court in April. Authorities have deployed additional officers in response to the massacre, which is the worst anti-Semitic crime in Australia’s history.
