Aaron Boone trying a balancing act with Alex Verdugo, Jasson Dominguez

Yankees manager Aaron Boone plans for top prospect Jasson Dominguez to play “a lot,” but not every day. Dominguez has sat out two of the last three games as the team attempts to balance playing time with Alex Verdugo and others in the outfield/DH group. The Yankees defeated the Red Sox 5-4 with Alex Verdugo celebrating alongside Aaron Judge and Juan Soto.
