Jade Mellow Receives Additional 15 Months in Prison

A gang member, Jade Raymond Mellow, who shot at police and held a wounded man hostage during a standoff, has had his prison sentence increased to seven years after Crown lawyers deemed the original sentence inadequate. He pleaded guilty to over 20 charges, including using a firearm against police, kidnapping, and aggravated burglary, all stemming from violent incidents on April 24, 2024.
