Fandor has released the US trailer for the acclaimed Thai supernatural comedy A Useful Ghost, which premiered at the 2025 Cannes Film Festival, winning the top Critics Week award. Directed by Ratchapoom Boonbunchachoke, the film follows Nat, who returns as a ghost inhabiting a vacuum cleaner to protect her husband from vengeful spirits after dying from dust pollution. Despite the absurdity, their bond strengthens, leading Nat to prove her usefulness by confronting lost souls. The film blends humor with themes of love, loss, and purpose, and will be released in select US theaters on January 16, 2026.
