The producer of Popeye The Slayer Man, Jeff Miller, is developing a series of low-budget genre films called the “Twisted Serial Killer Universe,” starting with Jeffrey Dollmer and Ted Bunny. Jeffrey Dollmer features models being hunted by a doll possessed by Jeffrey Dahmer’s spirit, starring actors like Charlie Trepany and Brian Joseph Mange as Dahmer. Ted Bunny, with a cast including Dee Wallace, is set for a 2026 release. Miller aims to create a bizarre and campy horror experience.
