A.P. Moller Capital has acquired 40% of Philippine logistics company AC Logistics from Ayala Corporation, aiming to expand its operations and become a leading integrated logistics provider. The deal, subject to regulatory approvals, will unite both organizations in fostering economic growth and long-term prosperity through strategic investments. Ayala Corporation’s CEO highlighted the need for enhanced logistics infrastructure in the country and expressed confidence in A.P. Moller Capital as the ideal partner for seizing opportunities in the sector.
