Researchers from the University of Warwick and Bielefeld University found that a morning cup of coffee or tea boosts mood for about 2.5 hours, as tracked through 28,000 reports from over 200 young adults. The study highlights that caffeine increases dopamine activity, enhancing feelings of enthusiasm and happiness, particularly during the morning, influenced by psychological factors and consumption habits.
