Suspect arrested in Crestwood following hunt from Oak Park

A car theft in Oak Park led to a police chase involving the daughter’s ex-boyfriend, Thomas Kozie, who took her while returning medication. Illinois State Police pursued and located the vehicle with the daughter inside, leading to Kozie’s arrest for possession of a stolen vehicle and an out-of-state warrant. The daughter declined to press charges or cooperate further with authorities.
