One person was killed and four injured in Russia’s missile attack on Kyiv, Ukraine, with the Ukrainian military shooting down six out of seven ballistic missiles and 71 drones launched by Russia overnight. Kyiv mayor Vitali Klitschko reported damage in several districts, while the city of Kryvyi Rih also saw damage from a Russian missile strike. President Volodymyr Zelensky criticized Russian president Vladimir Putin for not seeking peace and expressed a willingness to swap land with Russia in potential peace negotiations.
