The Downtown Windsor Business Improvement Association is hosting Polar Fest, a winter celebration featuring the Windsor-Essex Polar Plunge on Feb. 28 at Vision Corridor Park. The event will include food trucks, local vendors, artists, live entertainment, and activities for children, with unique handmade goods available for purchase.
