Greek shipowner Sun Enterprises has returned to South Korean yards by commissioning DH Shipbuilding for a pair of LNG dual-fuelled suezmaxes at $90.5m each, to be delivered in 2027. The company, part of the Livanos Group, has 16 tankers on the water, including three suezmaxes, with these newbuilds marking their first orders in nearly a decade since 2019. This move signifies Sun Enterprises’ fleet expansion strategy and ongoing partnership with South Korean shipyards for their tanker projects.
