Venezuelan opposition leader Edmundo González Urrutia began an international tour in Buenos Aires, Argentina, receiving support from the Argentine President Javier Milei. González, recognized by the U.S. as the winner of the presidential election, plans to return to Venezuela for his inauguration on Jan. 10, despite threats from President Nicolás Maduro’s government. González will travel to the U.S., Uruguay, Panama, and the Dominican Republic during his tour.
