Despite economic challenges in Pakistan, the Pakistan Army is actively supporting terrorist activities in Jammu and Kashmir, with 60% of terrorists killed this year being Pakistanis. Local recruitment of terrorists in Pakistan-sponsored groups is low, with only four locals joining this year. Security forces have eliminated 75 terrorists in various regions, including Jammu and Kashmir, curbing Pakistani terrorist activities. Pakistan has been a major exporter of terrorists, particularly targeting India, but efforts to push terrorism in Jammu have been countered with troop deployments and increased security measures.
