Other stamps feature a tractor towing a captured Russian tank and a mural by Banksy, with profits used for mine-clearing and bomb shelters. Ukrposhta’s head, Ihor Smilyansky, believes that humour is essential in maintaining Ukrainian morale during the conflict with Russia, making their stamps stand out among collectors worldwide.
