ANZ is combatting online credit card fraud during the Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales period with their new Dynamic Security Code campaign created by TBWA\NZ. The initiative aims to protect customers from rising online fraud rates during peak shopping seasons, highlighting the 15% global transaction fraud rate on Black Friday 2022 and a 500% increase in credit card fraud during the 2021 holiday season. Through radio, print, and social media, ANZ’s campaign showcases how their Dynamic Security Code disrupts fraudsters’ plans, providing Kiwis with an extra layer of protection while shopping online with confidence.
