Two 16-year-olds purchased the weapon online and fatally attacked Ronan, who had no history of carrying knives or gang involvement. The Ofsted report released also highlights the concerning trend of children as young as 11 carrying knives for protection due to feeling unsafe, emphasizing the need for comprehensive measures to address serious youth violence.
