Greek authorities continued their search for a missing child after a migrant boat carrying 46 people, including 21 children, ran aground on the island of Samos. Despite the safe arrival of the migrants on land, one child went missing after falling into the water as the boat hit the rocks. Divers and coast guard vessels were deployed to search for the child, as Greece remains a key entry point for migrants from the Middle East, Africa, and Asia seeking refuge in the European Union.
