Man charged after alleged hit and run in Milton kills woman

Wallace Wilson, 65, has been charged with motor vehicle homicide, operating under the influence, negligence, and leaving the scene after allegedly hitting and killing Donna Clarke, 68, in Milton. The incident occurred on Reedsdale Road, where Clarke was found severely injured and later died in the hospital. Wilson pleaded not guilty in court and was released on bail, with a probable cause hearing scheduled for Nov. 26.
