Two Navy aviators have been declared dead after their EA-18G Growler jet crashed east of Mount Rainier in Washington state. Search teams, including Army Special Forces soldiers, located the wreckage at about 6,000 feet in a remote and heavily wooded area. The cause of the crash is still under investigation, and search and rescue efforts have shifted to a long-term salvage and recovery operation.
