Ousted top exec, administrator file lawsuits against London hospital

Two former London Health Sciences Centre employees, Brad Campbell and Crystal Curry, are suing the hospital for a total of $1.88 million in damages for wrongful termination. Campbell, a former executive, is seeking $1.5 million for breach of contract, while Curry, an administrator, is seeking $285,000 in payment in lieu of notice. Both employees were terminated following a change in leadership at the hospital, with Campbell alleging that the termination clause in his contract does not comply with Ontario’s Employment Standards Act.
