The crew works tirelessly amid rampant homelessness, drug use, and crime in the area. Fentanyl is a major concern, leading to multiple fatalities. The crew administers naloxone to reverse overdoses, but the cycle continues. Despite the challenges, saving lives brings some satisfaction to the crew.
