Developer to maintain beloved Los Gatos hardware store in proposed apartment building

Arya Properties LLC plans to build a mixed-use development in Los Gatos, featuring 182 residential units and commercial space on the ground floor and roof. The project includes demolishing the existing Ace Hardware store on the site. However, community members and neighbors strongly opposed this decision at a town council meeting in June.
