Police officials are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying an arson suspect linked to a fire that originated in an abandoned construction site, causing injuries to six individuals and displacing numerous residents in Chinatown. The incident occurred on Sept. 13 at 3:43 a.m., with the Los Angeles Fire Department responding to the blaze at 712 New Depot Street, which spread to a nearby three-story apartment building and exposed three additional buildings to the flames.
