In the Philippines, Tsuneishi Heavy Industries (Cebu) is expanding its shipyard with an additional 30 hectares of space, a new slipway, and drydock to increase annual capacity by 25% to 30 ships. The yard will also start constructing its first methanol dual fuel ships, following a recent announcement. This expansion reflects the growing demand for new ships beyond China.
