Ten citizens successfully challenged the planning permission granted for a proposed housing development on Christian Brothers-owned land in south Co Dublin. Ms Justice Emily Egan identified errors in An Bord Pleanála’s decision and indicated that she would overturn the permission granted to Clonkeen Investments DAC for the development near Clonkeen School in Deansgrange, Co Dublin. The final decision was adjourned pending further orders.
