Asian Champions League draw: Al-Ahli to play Al Ain

Al-Ahli, the reigning champions from Saudi Arabia, will face 2024 winners Al Ain from the UAE in the league phase of the Asian Champions League Elite following the draw in Kuala Lumpur. Al-Ahli, now coached by Marino Pusic, will also compete against Qatari teams Al-Sadd, Al-Shamal, and Al-Gharafa, and others. The league phase has expanded from 24 to 32 teams, starting on September 14. Saudi Arabia will host the finals for the next three editions of the tournament.
