Typhoon Dolphin is moving west across the Pacific Ocean towards Japan, with landfall expected on Okinawa Island this Friday morning. The typhoon, classified as a “very strong” storm with winds reaching 185 km/h, has already impacted the Ogasawara Islands. Local authorities have issued warnings, advising residents to secure their homes and prepare for potential evacuations. Heavy rains and strong winds are also anticipated in northern and eastern Taiwan, as well as southeastern and eastern China.
