Authorities in Monaco are searching for a suspect who fled after an explosion wounded three people at a residential building. The blast occurred when a man left a package at the entrance, with one victim, a woman, in life-threatening condition. Among the injured is Ukrainian construction tycoon Vadym Yermolaiev, previously sanctioned by Ukraine. Police have launched an attempted murder investigation but have ruled out terrorism as a motive.
