Western nations urge Israel to halt settlement expansion and violence

Nine Western nations, including the UK, Germany, and France, have urged Israel to halt its settlement expansion in the occupied West Bank, labeling such actions as breaches of international law. Their joint statement condemned rising settler violence and warned construction firms against participating in settlement projects, particularly in the E1 area, which threatens to further divide Palestinian territories.
