Eric Wilson Jr., 18, was charged with misdemeanor obstruction of government administration and harassment after turning himself in. The chaotic event, which attracted a large crowd, led to two officers being hospitalized due to injuries caused by snowballs allegedly containing rocks. The first suspect, Gusmane Coulibaly, was also charged with similar misdemeanors after initial felony charges were dropped.
