Amber Alert issued for 2-year-old abducted from home

Winnipeg police issued an Amber Alert for two-year-old William Ettawacappo, who was reported missing after being taken by a 30-year-old woman. The child was last seen wrapped in a dark blue and light blue blanket. Authorities are searching for Caitlin Cassandra Monkman, 30, and Kineisha Rose Jawbone, 25, both described as having heavy builds and wearing dark clothing. Anyone with information is urged to call 911.
