Nintendo reveals Switch 2 version of Xenoblade Chronicles X
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

Last year’s Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition marked the final major first-party Switch game before the Switch 2’s launch. The newly released Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition features enhanced performance with up to 60fps and 4K resolution in docked mode, but existing owners must pay a $5 upgrade fee. This installment stands out with its hard sci-fi narrative and expansive open world. Although other Xenoblade titles on Switch await updates, this game offers a unique standalone experience with its MMO-like combat system.
