A drunk driver, Mariusz Kosinski, 37, was sentenced to ten-and-a-half years in prison after causing the death of his friend, Pawel Czubacki, 40, in a reckless crash in Evesham, Worcester. Driving on the wrong side of the road and exceeding 80mph, Kosinski lost control of his BMW, which flipped over. Dashcam footage revealed his panic after the impact, where he exclaimed, “I killed the dude.” He was also banned from driving for 13 years due to his dangerous conduct.
