Thieves rob German bank months after nearby heist.

Thieves in Germany broke into a bank’s basement and stole from safety deposit boxes, with witnesses seeing three men in blue overalls leaving the scene. This incident follows a previous heist in Gelsenkirchen where millions were stolen from deposit boxes in December 2025. The thieves in that case broke into the bank overnight and made off with valuables worth between €10m to €90m.
