Protesters Arrested in Minnesota for Throwing Objects at Police
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

Police in Minnesota arrested anti-ICE demonstrators outside a Maple Grove hotel after the protest escalated into an unlawful assembly when agitators began throwing objects. The protest was sparked by the presence of U.S. Border Patrol Commander Gregory Bovino, who is being reassigned amid scrutiny following the fatal shooting of U.S. citizen Alex Pretti by Border Patrol agents. Following this incident, the White House distanced itself from controversial comments made by Homeland Security officials regarding Pretti. Additional law enforcement agencies assisted local police in managing the situation.
