Former Police Chief Accused of On-Duty Sexual Conduct

Former Hampshire Police chief constable Scott Chilton faces a disciplinary hearing after being accused of having sex with another officer while on duty and failing to disclose prior relationships with officers. The Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) has referred him for gross misconduct for potential breaches of police standards, including honesty and integrity.
