Lando Norris to pay seven-figure superlicence fee in 2026

2025 Formula 1 champion Lando Norris will incur a superlicence fee of €1,023,658 for the 2026 season, based on his 423 points scored at a rate of €2,392 per point, plus a flat fee. Max Verstappen, who finished second with 421 points, will also pay over €1 million, while Norris’s teammate Oscar Piastri will pay just under €1 million after his third-place finish. Drivers like Franco Colapinto, who scored no points, will only pay the flat fee of €11,842.
