Delaware Trooper Killed at Wilmington DMV

A Delaware state trooper was killed in a shooting at a Division of Motor Vehicles building in Wilmington, with the shooter also dead, according to authorities. The incident prompted an active shooter response, but one suspect was in custody and the situation was no longer active.
